With continuously collecting valuable insights and feedback, we aim to create a more collaborative and customer-centric approach to enhance meshStack. Let´s dive into the details of the interaction model with the product management team!

1. 1on1 meetings with Product Management: Connect and Discuss

To get exclusive attention on a topic and deep dive sessions, we are now offering weekly reoccurring slots for scheduled meetings with the Product Management Team. This approach ensures that you have dedicated time to discuss feature requests, concerns, suggestions, and receive updates on product-related matters of your interest. To do so, please go to calendar and choose a suitable slot for you.

2. Feature Requests: Share Great Ideas

You are the experts in your field therefore we highly value your ideas and want to ensure that it is as easy as possible for you to share them with us. To facilitate efficient communication, we have implemented a primary channel through Canny. This platform offers the ability to share your ideas directly with us, along with the option to track the progress of your requests and view the requests of others to vote for them.

In addition to Canny, we also collect feedback through email. Simply reach out to us at, and our Product Managers will be there to promptly respond and address your inquiries.

3. Feedback: Share your Thoughts

At our core, we deeply value your feedback and want to ensure that it is as easy as possible for you to share your thoughts with us. There for we offer two ways to provide feedback
