1. Feedback: Share your Thoughts

At our core, we deeply value your feedback and want to make it as easy as possible for you to share your thoughts with us. Therefore, we offer two ways to provide feedback:

  • Email: Reach out to us at feedback@meshcloud.io, and our Product Managers will promptly respond and address your inquiries.
  • 1-on-1 Meetings: If you prefer not to write an email, feel free to schedule a one-on-one meeting with one of our Product Managers. We are here to listen to what you have to say. Schedule a meeting here.

2. News: Stay Informed

We want to keep you informed and up-to-date on the latest developments in our product. We provide multiple ways to keep you informed:

  • Newsletter: We send out regular product newsletters via email, providing information on new functionality, enhancements, and other noteworthy updates. If you haven’t subscribed yet, you can do so here.
  • Roadmap: Our roadmap, outlining upcoming, ongoing, and past developments, is available on the product section of the meshcloud.io website. We also notify you through our newsletters whenever significant changes are made to the roadmap.
  • Release Notes: For more detailed insights about changes in a release, check out our release notes, which inform you about additional functionality and improvements.

3. Feature Requests: Share Great Ideas

As experts in your field, your ideas are highly valuable to us, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to share them. To facilitate efficient communication, we have implemented a primary channel through Canny. This platform allows you to share your ideas directly with us, automatically get updates on the progress of your requests, and view and vote on the requests of others. Quickly create a user in Canny and share it with your team to vote for the feature requests important to you.

In addition to Canny, we also collect feedback through email. Simply reach out to us at feedback@meshcloud.io, and our Product Managers will be there to promptly respond and address your inquiries.
